By even fathoming or discussing the possibility of Saban coming back. LSU fans do not know what they want anymore it seems like.

We are beginning to look like Bammer fans in that we "like the coach one week" and then "hate him the next" and then "like him again". People need to take a stance and make a decision. How do you think this looks to other schools? It makes a mockery of us. If you like Saban, great, but please, all the wishy washy fans, please make a decision.

Saban would look too riduculous. If you think the media was harsh when he bolted for Bama wait till he bolts after one year at Bama for LSU. Aint gonna happen.

Agreed. In general, LSU fans need to stop changing their minds about things every game. A good coach isn't suddenly a bad coach after losing one game. Saban isn't a bad coach because he hasn't been able to do anything with a shitty program this year. On the other hand, anyone who thinks Les isn't the luckiest coach ever, go back and look at the last three years.

Sounds like people need to learn that generalizing and stereotyping is a bad thing.

I imagine most who want Saban to come here aren't the ones who badmouthed him before. How is it a contradiction if someone ELSE has a different opinion than you?

none of this would happen if there was a coach who gave a crap and made a commitment to the school and ACTUALLY STUCK TO IT.

guess that is a thing of the past though. so people will assume the worst....at least it makes for interesting reading

Well, Volvagia, it's obvious people have different opinions than me. Tell me something I don't know.

I'm just saying the ones that ARE going back and forth make us look stupid. So far, it's something different every week by some of the same posters on here. You haven't noticed that?

Saban is kicking himself for leaving Miami a year too early (Page 1 2 )

Post deleted on Alabama message board

How do you think these guys would feel if.

How pissed would the Bama folks be, if Saban ..........

Be honest with yourself and fellow board memeber..... (Page 1 2 )

personally, i really want him back here

WHat Does Coach Brad Bradshaw think about Saban and LSU

If Saban is announced next week

The best thing about Saban coming back to LSU...

Since Saban Was Recruiting In Louisiana Yesterday

Saban's Press Conf........

Why would anyone want Saban back?

IF Saban?

How long would it take Saban to meltdown if

Saban WOULD NOT Be Blasted By Media If He Returned (Page 1 2 )

Saban's first press conference in BR...

Now you like Saban?

Hate to say it, but some do seem obsessed with a former coach. That is the point of this post. Makes us look stupid.

Same way some people at Bama hate Saban one week, love him the next.

Give me one example of a poster who hated on Saban for the Alabama game but now wants him.

I for one, do NOT want Saban back. His attitude towards LSU over the last few years has pissed me off...announcing he was leaving on Christmas, leaving LSU scrambling for a new coach, the coonass comments, the recruitment drama. He's burned too many bridges.

In case you didn't know, it's not the fans who decide what coach comes or goes. A good coach is a good coach, period. It is what it is, but I will tell you one thing. Coach Saban brought us a National Championship and I wouldn't think twice about rehiring him. I want more National Championships, I don't know about you.
