Isnt running better for weight loss than working out? I've been working out for 30-40 mins a day and running for 20-30 mins a day after for 2 mths 5 days a week. Ive lost 10 lbs from 220 to 210. Im much stronger and tighter. What else could i do to lose more weight besides diet? Ps i have...
