Watched the Coach O show last night... are these people serious?

I know it's always been a very friendly, we love coach ra-ra, softball-lobbing fest, but really??
Every single caller, in-person guest in a round-about way said "we all know you're the best guy and right guy for the job."
How much of the fan base actually thinks this?

To be fair, these are the same people who made Alleva keep Miles last year. People who use emotion rather than logic.
Also people who call in to these shows generally aren't gonna shite on the guy to his face, unlike the keyboard warriors here

You misunderstand people saying Coach O is a bad head coach for us "shitting on him". We want him to be DL coach and recruit, but him being a bad head coach is just an objective fact.

people act like O did us this huge favor and we owe him a great debt. GTFO it was just a great career opportunity for him and a no brainer decision
