He has coordinator experience and many years working as a qb coach who was already turned great for whatever that is worth. Not saying this is a homerun hire but combined with ensminger could make a solid team.

Get this. I had someone on this board tell me that he was just the coach for Brees and Stafford and they didn’t really need coaching so he probably didn’t do much. So he probably wouldn’t be a good choice. I’m serious. Someone told me this.

I know nothing about who’s in the hunt. But Joe is a phenomenal, smart, and hard working guy.
