This isn't about Orgeron's candidacy, it is about Fisher's!!! Coach Oeaux's candidacy you can drive a truck through the holes in it, we all know that. But this is showing you some serious stats as to why we might not want to pay him $6mil, and probably more, to get him as our coach!!! Don't you have any legitimate responses to this article, or you going to stick to the "i know you are but what am i" response!

They do matter and if he doesn't get the job that will definitely be a mitigating factor I would bet.
But the question is, what is your defense regarding Fisher's legitimacy as our next coach in light of these facts?
This isn't about Orgeron, this is about Fisher. Tell me why we should pay this man what we are going to have to pay him to get him.

Because out of our available options, he is by far the most proven HC. I mean do i really have to explain any further? Does he have flaws? Sure.
The biggest piece missing from the lsu puzzle is qb play. Jimbo has put 4 qbs in to the first round of the nfl draft. No one expects the lsu offense to jump to the top 10 in the country. We need a coach who can develop qbs, gameplan, and make adjustments. Jimbo can do all those things. That combined with all his wins, titles, championship makes him a top tier coach for LSU.
He gives us the best opportunity to beat bama. He's not gonna get paid more than Saban. I would bet on that. He will be paid slightly less, and if that's what it takes to beat Bama when we have equal or better talent then so be it.
Not sure what else you are looking for. If it's the perfect coach then you'll be waiting a long time.

All I am saying is Jimbo has warts all over him just like every other realistic candidate and before we make a coach the 3rd highest paid coach in the land with a long term contract and a huge buyout like it is going to take, we need to make sure we are getting what we paid for! I don't see this great big Saban slayer in Jimbo, which that kind of pay dictates that kind of performance!
