He's safe but he's not going get them past Urban or Richt but Kiffin screwed them so bad they had to make the fast safe hire.

Safe, but doesnt quite have the sex appeal or street cred of Lane Kiffin. I couldn't think on any more polar opposite coaches.

He is a solid coach - assuredly not the home run they had hoped for, but a lot better than Kiffin.
