He is gone

Lincoln Riley unless Saturday scared him off.

He is likely gone and it is simply a matter of whether Jerry chooses to hire someone like Barry, Chan Galey, Dave Campo or Wade Phillips. He may surprise and go more progressive route, but his history is to pick guys that are “safe” in his view.
Parcels was his only attempt beyond Jimmy to win. Barry won it with Jimmys team.
Overall, Jerry remains a mess as he hasn’t made a real Super Bowl run in 25 years.

Shite Ron Rivera would be a great pickup there.
Dude is a good coach
I keep seeing this. Can someone please provide one example of Rivera being a good coach? I mean the dude had was something like 6-12 against the Falcons. 2016 team aside, a bunch of miserably average teams.
ETA: fixed to 6-12, not 12-6.

Saints are 11-7 in the same time span vs the falcons
Bucs are also 11-7 against the Falcons in that time span.
So he had the best record in the division for that random stat you just pulled

Sry, i typed it backwards. He was 6-12 versus the Falcons. He lost twice as many as he won. Against the fricking Falcons.
ETA: only using the Falcons because they are the benchmark for terrible according to this site. And possibly other sites as well.

Looks like you also flipped the records. The Bucs were 7-11, better than the Panthers 6-12. The saints were 11-7, ftr.

So who do you think Jerry goes after?
Someone that he can completely control.

FYI local Dallas media guy said he just received a text from an assistant coach saying “We’ve all just been fired”

Nope, neither is Riley
Rhule is easiest college transition but he wants to go back to the northeast
