All of my contacts in coaching staff, AD , and BOS have said they expect Ensminger. Two contacts confirmed that others have been interviewed. Hiwever, they would still they be very surprised if Ensminger is not named Co-OC.

Staff guy seemed supportive of Ensminger hire and most of the staff want that hire.

AD and BOS Contacts didnt seem enthusiastic. They are the ones who spoke of the interviews, which is good because they are the ones to sign off on it. They have heard from many fans and booster about not hiring Ensminger as full OC.

Why the frick are all of these people involved? Ed needs to grab his nuts, drink a case of red bull and go full retard on this shite. I can't stand the O hire but bizarrely enough - I feel sorry for him now. Its his hire....let the fricker fail.

I remember the day my brother called me and told me O was hired as HC. I was fishing, I laughed and said that ain’t funny. It was dead silence for 10 seconds, I called him a MFer and hung up on him. I have that same feeling right now!

If Steve is hired as OC Alleva might as well sign his resignation papers cause he'll be done at LSU. People will immediately call for his head.

Way to many good ole boys are in ops and those good ole boys have some stroke with powerful people in the State Government(above BOS).

Not shocked at all. This mentality holds LA back big time.

It’s almost like LSU just wants to be average now, instead of competing for championships. This is digusting!

I’m so glad im not stuck being a season ticket holder with this incompetent administration.

I simply refuse to spend money traveling to any expensive season openers (like I did for Lambeau) or bowls until they get their heads out of their as*es.

Sully is a legend and an amazing coach. It could work with him as Passing coordinator.

It really could work but it is just not a motivating move and doesnt see like a long term move.

Alot like Jenkins move at DL coach. O like haveing that veteran coach with him.

O wants Sully in a bigger role. With McMahon the likely special teams coach and Aranda getting his safety’s coach, that leaves at one spot open. The only move would be to fire Joseph but he McMahon the likely special teams coach and Aranda getting his safeties coach, that leaves one spot open. The only move would be to fire Joseph but That does not seem likely. Joseph will likely be the TE coach next year.

I would prefer Sully being part of the shadow staff and just advising though or fire Joseph. But Nola coaches need “their guy” on staff.

No forward thinking at all!

I distinctly remember the feeling of utter frustration when I learned Orgeron had been given the job.

It's flooding back now.
