It’s funny, because I also said how OU operates in my original post. The OU Ad and OU media are very tight, and they don’t want this out during bedlam week.
So not shockingly, OU media, all at the same time goes “he had an offer but will decline it” to calm OU fans down. It’s like clockwork with them. I’ve always hated that about the AD. Just let your fans know the truth. They’ll be much happier than lying and getting heartbroken later.
