Was last January. O'leary had a nice run but it was time to go. Interested to see who they can get, ucf would be a nice stepping stone job for a lot of young assistants.

They've proven they can jump in when some 2 and 3 star Florida recruits are overlooked.
The difficulty is maintaining several years of relevancy when so many high profile FBS teams are recruiting in the same area.
