I'm not a State fan but they probably will say about the same one of two things Gator fans say about some of their coaches departing - well shite, or GOOD.

There were several games where our defense looked totally lost - Houston, Auburn, and we just didn't have an answer. Otherwise, given the lack of depth, I thought we played fairly well most of the time. I was willing to give him another year and get some players. Oh well........

Is there ever a year where assistant coaches don't shuffle around from one team to another.

Moving companies must love these guys.

I am not shocked by this at all. There were reports all season long that Mullen and Torbush didn't get along well. I hope we can bring in a DC who has SEC coaching experience.

MSU, I was wondering if he moved on because he couldn't get along with Mullen. It didn't break my heart to see Mullen gone on a personal level, he and I didn't get along. Though Corch Meyer loves me.

I could see where that could happen.

Mullen takes some getting used too. He has a really arrogant personality. He and I went at it a bit about Chris Leak. I didn't think he treated him fair for a starter in 06. He spent all his time with Tebow, but Tebow wasn't the starter in 06, Leak was.

Most people could see that Chris "slide early" Leak wasn't the guy, he was smart in this case.
