Looks Good in a mediocre conference, but in a power5 not so much. Just saying!

Or he could be like Urban Meyer, and be great.

Either way, he'd look better than Orgeron

If you actually looked at his body of work, you would know this is stupid to say

LSU fires championship coach, hires unknown coach. "Hell we don't even know what's in there, it could be a championship coach!"

That's ok, at least we took a shot. We'll move on and go after a new guy. That's what i don't get. We fired Les bc we were tired of the 9-3 with a loss to Bama and two dumb losses to teams we're better than. Is there anyone who thinks O's ceiling is any higher than that? If we fail with Herman at least we'll fail trying to be great

And Ed Orgeron could turn out to be like the guy that Ole Miss coached from 05-07 to a 10-25 record.

If you think Strong looks better at Texas than O at LSU, then I can see why you are so high on Herman.

Yeah because people are beating down doors to hire Larry Coker and Gene Chizik and Phil Fulmer

Alabama was probably days away from not hiring Saban and getting all those rings. There is some luck involved in all of this.

Fate is a rude bitch to most schools.

Huge risk either way. These angry fans mad about O being in the running better pray Herman doesn't come out and lose 2 of the first 4 because this place will erupt.
