Hyperbole of course, but without Jameis, I'm not impressed with what Jimbo has done in a weak conference while coaching in a state rich with talent. Do you really think Jimbo would out recruit O with Louisiana athletes? I don't.

This is why I hate LSU fans.
He lost by 3 points last year in one game because his QB was knocked out in the first quarter. He lost to a now 7-2 Navy team (which looking at the schedule, will be 10-2 again this year in the regular season) that he beat by 3 TDs last year. That Navy team finished with an 11-2 record with losses only to 10-3 Notre Dame and 13-1 Houston. The SMU team he lost to, while still a bad loss, has won nearly twice as many games this year, as they did in the last 2 years combined.
He lost a shite ton off his team from last season yet still beat Oklahoma and is taking it to Louisville right now. Doesn't matter to y'all idiots though, as long as Ed O is cajun.

Because I was there when Archer and Hallman couldn't bring in the talent. Contrary to popular belief on this board, LSU does not recruit itself.

Eddie O is The Ultimate Warrior. A big time hype man that some of the powers that be want to give a push who would probably fool around and win a couple of big ones but eventually crash and burn.
Herman is Stunning Steve Austin. A young gun who seems to be a little rough around the edges at times but will eventually change the industry as we know it.
Jimbo is Shawn Michaels. Win, lose, or draw he'll always make you say "How the hell did he do that??"
Petrino is Ric Flair.... For obvious reasons...
Aaaaaand Alleva is looking like The Shockmaster
