If it was me I would hire Herman as the OC. Get Chief back as DC and Fire Alleva.

You mean the Herman that is the HEAD coach at Houston and just got a raise to 3mm a year because he's being courted by USC etc and the same chief that left for a raise and said some negative things on his way.
