Gonna guess it depends if they go after a coach or a coordinator that if their team is done playing it could be about that time, if that coach is in playoffs then obviously longer

I would assume all the people we are targeting will want this to go to December if they were to come.

After the season. Sunday/Monday after Thanksgiving if the team is not in the playoff. If they are in playoff contention then it won't be until after they are done.
