He's 3-5 in his fifth year. He should have his system in place by now. Is it because that's the ceiling at USCe or because he's not that good? We shouldn't have to take a chance on a guy who still hasn't proven himself.

He would do better here than he has at USC. It would be a tough sale to the fan base though. I just don’t see it happening, but won’t be surprised if he finds success somewhere in the future.
