Saturday.

Miles is a good man. but a weak man.

Here are his assistants playing footsie with other schools. Instead of breaking down film all day Sunday for the SEC CG, what is Bo doing? trying on red blazers.

Yet where is Miles? Why isn't he nutting up and saying enough is enough. You're out and Peveto or Mallory is the interim coach. Lets get ready to kick Volunteer arse.

Not this schoolyard crap where he doesn't know what is going on and don't want to talk about it. Meanwhile the schoolyard sluts on this board in their poodle skirts eating their phallic peppas take up for Miles or don't demand accountability. Miles needs to show who is in charge now instead of acting like he is just happy to be here. His mentor Bo would have NEVER put up with this crap for more than 5 minutes.

THAT is the difference between Miles and Bo.

I can't blame Pelini for interviewing, and I would expect Miles to allow it. Certainly, there are other coaches on the team that can break down film...

This has taken more than a few hours. It is a major distraction. It also places doubts in the players minds that in their two biggest games of the year if their DC has his head somewhere else.

This close to a big game any DC worth his salt is going to be spending the whole day breaking down film.

Could he have waited until next Sunday? That isn't asking to much is it?

That's a non issue. Many head coaches allow their assistants to interview for coaching positions elsewhere.

Is this your first season as a college football fan? Or have you missed the past several decades that have demonstrated that this is not only quite normal, but routine for successful programs. Allowing assistants to interview for positions that are nothing more than a change of scenery is the type of distraction that should be blocked - but it is quite normal to permit assistants to interview for head coaching slots.

no it hasn't. It's a product of a good program.
