This. Unless a coach attended the school looking at them, no one fricking "wants" a school. It's the AD's job to sell it to the coach and show him why it's the best move for his long term success and why he can win championships there. It's no different than getting girls or making business deals, it's all about perception and Alleva obviously fricking sucks at framing our school in an elite light
