I’d check the Jefferson building code. I just redid mine in Orleans Parish and I think the rule here is that to build brand new, you need a permit. But repairing an existing fence doesn’t require it. We were able to reuse most of the posts but everything else (rails and pickets) were new so it qualified as a repair and no permit needed.
Per mayor, everything moved up 30 minutes.

Yes. Send an email/fax/letter back saying it is x per page and do they accept those copying charges. They’ll say yes, add it to the file cost, and you’re covered.
Yes. And the fact that both of their birthdays are in the same month and you still forgot is even worse.
It’s a tossup between the P-51 and F4E Phantom for me. Used to play the Chuck Yeagar computer game a lot as a kid and these were always my favorite.
I was there. It was about 60/40 of 55/45 LSU. But that was the national championship game. In New Orleans. Way different.
Bit strange. I didn’t see them pick Bama, UGA, or Auburn either. All top 10 teams
