TLDR version

A first-place vote is worth seven points, a second-place vote is worth six points, etc.

Article wouldve been more interesting without the cowboys until we know they are interviewing others IMO.

Cowboys 32 points
Jaguars 27
Patriots 26
Bears 22
Saints 17
Raiders 8
Jets 8

Are they not a big part of a head coach’s success?

Interesting way to score it. Feels like it would be more useful with a better sample size than 5 coaches

Same. I just thought it was interesting that there seem to clearly be job tiers amongst this group of coaches.

3 haves and 3 have nots so to speak.

I don’t even think you can really include the cowboys yet.

Yeah the cowboys being in there really throws off the numbers and I haven’t seen anyone really consider that job open

Honestly this could be written by Jerry jones as a negotiating ploy with McCarthy

Yeah...but these dudes dont have some deep insight. Its just a QB ranking, so call it what it is.

With that cap situation I don’t know how that conceivably gets fixed in the next 2-3 years.
