I'm calling it now. I was told this two years ago by a TAF member when O was first hired. Kiffin will eventually be the HC.

It's still only a plan, though. What happens when he stays at Alabama or goes somewhere else next year? We hired O because he has a plan, not for anything that's already happened. That's what worries me.

Then why wouldn't they have just hired him as HC now? He's more qualified than O.

I can't answer that. All I know is what the dude told me. I'm no insider and I laughed in the guy's face. I just find it interesting that it's kind of happening.

Word in Tuscaloosa has been for a while that Saban told Kiffin to find another place to land.
Recently it has been said that Kiffin has not received any offers for HC positions.
It was pretty obvious Lane's time was up at Bama when Saban hired Sark.

Anyone who wants Kiffen as head coach deserves to be shot. He was a disaster at 3 separate head coaching spots
