Reassigned as in back to being analysts
Diaco was only a battlefield promotion from analyst when the DLine coach went down
Jancek was promoted this year from being an analyst but after everyone was canned it’s reasonable to think he may go back to being an analyst

Why would anyone want Kelly making any decisions on which position coaches he might of wanted to retain?

I think this was the plan. It was a chance he thought maybe if he kept House and/or Lindsey and get rid of Cooks and Steeples that maybe it would help. But when the players' exit interviews went down and how they played on Monday, he knew that he couldn't run it back with anyone. Even one coach staying (especially House) wouldn't get rid of the stench from the defense. He knows how close he was for playing for a championship and he can't afford to waste anymore time.
