Tennessee to interview Smart & Jones

According to ESPN's Joe Schad Kirby Smart and Butch Jones will interview for the job. Don't know if this was posted elsewhere and my apologies if it was. Kirby Smart wouldn't be a bad choice in my opinion.

I thought Smart had declined to interview? And that one of the requirements was head coaching experience?

Yeah, but he can publicly turn down the job and get a raise like what every other coach in america has been using the Tennessee coaching search for this off season.
