Baylor can get into a bidding war with anyone, don't kid yourself. Will they be willing

I think so, mainly because of this.....

quote:

have reason to assume that Baylor's commitment to build a new stadium and nearly $400MM in facilities, a fat raise, a huge buyout, and an expanded budget wouldn't have come without a symbiotic agreement between Baylor and Coach Briles.

Those improvements likely wouldn't have happened without Baylor commiting to Briles and Briles commiting to Baylor.

If they're building a brand new stadium, I would think they are going to do what they need to do to e competitive. Now the that men's and women's basketball teams are successful, along with the baseball program, I don't see why they would just not do what they need to do to keep Briles.

I think Briles is from around that area if I'm not mistaken.

Yeah, because of Baylors history, Briles is meh. You serious with that shite?

Molded a Heisman at BAYLOR and now they're bowling AGAIN. You don't turn Baylor into a national powerhouse in 3 years.
Not sure what you've been watching

Yeah, powerhouse is a bit much. Solid, yes. And that's saying a lot about what Briles has done.

I don't think so either, but then again I think he stays at Baylor regardless.
