Michigan job was his last year and it will never come around again
I don't think NFL players would respect someone like Miles, he would have to hire really good coordinators to succeed in NFL, NFL players want someone that has played in the NFL and knows what they face week in/week out.

ETA: I'm more worried about losing Assitants but I'm not too worried. The one I'm really worried about is Coach Cooper. But they do have a good thing going on and shold be in store for some bonuses.....
