I had the impression LSU was going to hire a ST coach soon as the rules allowed a 10th coaching staff position (1/10) to be added.

Greg Mcmahon should be named full time ST coordinator.
Might even be announced alongside the OC.

Unless O fires someone, he aint gonna have room. He is elevating Sullivan as passing game coordinator .

LSU lost Canada and Jenkins. That gives them the ability to add 3 more coaches with the new 10th assistant. They will be 1) ST’s coordinator likely McMahon 2) Sullivan and 3) a safeties coach.

I'm sure there is a HS coach out there somewhere that 0 is friends with that he can elevate to a position they don't deserve.

McMahon sucks too. He got fired from the Saints. Look at the improvement from the Saints on special teams.
