Keep things in perspective here, look at the source. Steve is as serious a competitor as they come, and one thing guys like he want is to compete at the top of the game, and no offense to SC, but LSU is far above them in talent, recruiting, and potential. Steve himself has sounded quite resolved to the idea that he will not be compteting that way at SC, and golf courses or not, the man has a huge ego, and that's a good thing for a place like LSU. He can retire elsewhere when he is done with football, but I truly believe the man wants to go out on top of the CFB world, knows he will not be doing that at South Carolina, and will at LSU. If the job is offered to SOS, don't be the least bit surprised when he jumps all over it like white on rice.

right now im not interested in any other jobs either. but if the right one became available and the money was good id be interested as hell. nobody is "interested"(except jim mora jr) in another job untill it becomes available and there is an offer on the table.
