Only way is if Coach E steps down. No way Coach O makes this move on his own.

he can be reassigned. hes a Tiger through and through but he never wanted the job in the first place, and probably knows that if he puts up numbers that are even only slightly marginally better than this years, him and O will both be in the unemployment line 365 days from now.

Kingsbury and Briles are pipe dreams.
Both want either head coaching jobs or jobs at the NFL level.

I'll throw out John Morton for the hell of a name. He hasn't been coaching college since 2010 and may not want to.

And you know this how?

I think the "top three" choices for LSU OC are Briles, Kingsbury and Hugh Freeze. Any one of those three men are a slam dunk hire for Orgeron.
There are probably 10-20 other OC candidates who could dramatically improve LSU's offense.

Not that I've never been wrong before... but my bet is LSU is not even remotely in the market for an OC this offseason.
time will tell - but O's evaluation of E and fans' opinion of Steve E are worlds apart it seems so my bet is O makes no coaching changes, unless someone is hired away... which is always possible.

none of them are coming. LSU fans need to come to terms with this, like, yesterday.

you are either being very nice to Ensminger, or grossly underestimating the number of OCs who could produce an average offense with a 2 deep littered with blue chips.

If Orgeron isn't willing to make a change, he'll be out of a job soon.
Sorry, but LSU isn't some also-ran school. You don't get to fire Les Miles for stubbornly clinging to a bad offense and then keep his replacement, who stubbornly clings to a bad offense.
Maybe I'm wrong and Alleva is a total clown, but I don't see LSU sticking with a 1980's offensive scheme for another year.
