Someone explain to me why Gruden’s name is even being mentioned.

Man hasn’t coached in college since early 90’s, never been a college HC, he’s old and just had a racist, sexist, homophobic episode. How the hell does anyone think that would be a good idea after the title IX shite we’ve been dealing with from O and Miles???
