I was just pointing it out because none of the reports I've seen said Saban signed an extension, however, it doesn't really matter. Without a buyout clause, Saban can leave whenever he wants.
I know Bama fans want to pretend their perfect coach never even thought about leaving.... but if that really was the case, Saban would have ended all the speculation and set everyone at ease. But he didn't.
