I'm not an Oregon hater, either. I actually like them. But just being objective, yes, U Dub is without a doubt the more prestigious program with the higher ceiling.


Yea, I didn't want to be so definitive, but you are correct.

Add in that UW plays in one of the iconic stadiums in the sport and that Seattle, in general, is one of the great football cities in the U.S. They were competing for noise records at Husky Stadium back when Oregon was stil a turd of a program.

I have nothing against Oregon, but it was amusing when I lived out in the PNW just how much of a chip on their shoulder UO fans had with UW, even when UO was dominating the PAC 12 and competing for national titles.
