Not much else out there now and we probably don’t have to pay him much since Carolina will be footing the bill. Bring on the boom!!!

tRant would hate it, but I don't really think it would be a bad hire. I'd like to see what other options are out there first though.

Not sure why no one wants him. He’s not Pelini, he actually coached in the SEC last year, not over a decade ago like Bo. No one had a problem with Mason and he was worse as a HC. Even Spurrier couldn’t win at SC. He’s flamed out of two SEC HC jobs so maybe he’s not so worried about that itch now. And like I said, he’s already getting paid. We probably only have to give him like 1 million a year.

He was a good DC at LSU too back when the talent wasn't quite as good on that side of the ball as it is now.

It looks like he'll take an analyst roll at UGA for the next couple of years. He'll still get paid like a head coach and will get to work with his son who's a walkon qb at UGA.

I prefer someone who has actively schemed as a DC against a modern offense within the last few years. For better or worse, Muschamp would give the appearance of a Pelini-type hire.
