does he need to win today or does a loss to ISU improve our chances of landing him? Or, does it make no difference at all?

I'm not sure it really matters at this point, but a loss would definitely keep them out of the CFP.

No difference. I guess a loss may make OU less likely to match a big number. Wouldn’t think one game would determine that

Why do we care about whether he makes the conference championship game? Too close to the early signing period deadline? I don't think OU makes the CFP no matter what.

If they win this week and lose next week to Oklahoma State and Baylor wins then it will be Baylor vs Oklahoma State in Big 12 title.

Handled it easily. Their defense dominated and offense did enough with a backup QB with 4 career pass attempts to win it.

Next Saturday hopefully okie loses at okie state. If not, then the big12 championship game would be a rematch, and I say no way in hell okie defeats okie state 2 weeks in a row. So either next sunday or the sunday after we gonna be announcing Riley as next LSU Head "Ball" Coach.
