Shocked he didn't get the Oregon job.

There are still a few opportunities for him. He could always take one of the coordinator jobs at one of the P5 schools.

A lot of dominoes left to fall. Maybe he goes to Temple? Personally, I'd like to see what he does without a senior quarterback and NFL WR.

Getting the Cotton Bowl might have cost him a lucrative job. Lol.

It is, but at a small school, one or two guys can make you all-world. A la Ben Rothlesburger, Deangelo Williams or Brett Favre.

Although a report surfaced that he's not interested, I still think Cincinnati would be a good opportunity for P.J. Fleck. That has been a good stepping-stone position for the better part of a decade.

It just baffles me that recruiting good players is now a negative because he's at a small school. Like Tom Herman should've been punished because he signed a 5 star player while at Houston. It would be better to see how he performed with worse players?

Oregon is crazy not to hire that guy. He's perfect for that job.

Some people just can't be helped.
Head Coach at any G5 program is greater than being a P5 OC/DC all day every day.

yeah, a he doesnt want to either.. he knows his stock will never be higher, he has to cash in now, because when he goes 7-5 next year its over for him..

Why? Temple isn't an upgrade from Western Michigan. He'd be better off staying at WM for another year and waiting for a P5 job opening next year. If Western Michigan has another undefeated season or even goes 10-2, his stock will even higher next year.

P5 coordinator would be a step down.
