re: Since the truth is coming out

From what I heard Saban had a talk with one of the major TAF contributors. The conversation was very salty for the simple reason this guy isn't all that happy with Saban being interested in the job again. He told us at dinner earlier in the week that if we "LSU" did allow you "saban" to come back...how sure would we be that you wouldn't leave us hanging again. He supposedly said "Ill make the contract state the only two reasons I could leave LSU is if the adminstration fires me or if Im carried off the field in a purple and gold casket cause I just died of old age on the field coaching LSU". Dont know how much of that is truth but the fellow that had the conversation with Saban is a straight shooter for sure. I know for 100% sure Saban's wife is pushing the issue for him. That is not a secret. She HATES that they ever left in the first place. She has made more phone calls to BR than he has. But there are too many other issues in the way to get him back in the saddle at tiger stadium. Those things could fall into place but I and others believe that it will fall to the wayside and another coach will be chosen.
