Why not Gruden?
You go out and find another young OC Brady type and maybe Blake stays or go get a solid DC and just manage.
He has stated he would love to come back and coach and it being in the SEC

I understand why people scoff at the Gruden idea, but the dude can flat out motivate a group of men like nobody else. He's experienced at the highest level of football. All he does with his free time is sit in a dark room watching film. He's 62 years old but moves around like he's 50. He'd "do this shite for free". IMO he's low risk high reward.
He's not my top choice but I'd be excited at just the idea of him leading our football team.
