As an analyst I would take any great offensive mind who wanted to work for us. If he acts a fool you just fire him...hes an analyst.

if ed hires anyone it should be another NFL style minded play caller and scheme strategist
i dont think brady was all that special, it worked because it was something colleges never had to deal with before, a true NFL style offense
