I think that smart coaches fail in the NFL sometimes.

He really wasnt that bad in the NFL. 31-33 overall record and had to deal with the Michael Vick decline in Atlanta. The Seahawks only gave him one year but that was because they had Pete Caroll ready to take the job.

He'd be a great NFL coach just bad circumstances his first go around

Why would he want to do that at this point in time? He is doing fine in college and has developed some good recruiting momentum at UCLA. Don't see it happening...

Well that worked for the Seahawks. Pete Carroll was fired by the Jets and Patriots in the 90's

I think you're reading it wrong. It's more of a after coaching his last game of the season....not a after beating K State tonight.

Raiders will interview him next week, don't know if he'll get it though, doubt it.
