I dont think this would ever happen, but an ideal situation would be if It is Saban as the HC, double Kelvin Sheppards salary and have him as the DC/ head coach in waiting.
He gets to learn from the GOAT Saban for a few years, Saban retires and turns it over to Sheppard.
3-4 years groomed under a legend, then become the HC at a top tier school.
