So you as a fanbase just got leveraged out of about 3.5 mil/yr over a job that was never available by a guy who has a statue of himself in front of a stadium that until he turned down said fictitious job wasn't sure Tuscaloosa was home to him?

There you go. Let it all out.

Why in the world would I have any reason to be mad? I'm a pretty happy person in general. Good job, house, married to a great woman, son is smart, Hell even my dog is great, God bless her.

You sound mad that our elf keeps your tigers.

And yes, the extra TWO million a year is going to bankrupt a program bringing in $100million+ a year

Did you hear the one about Saban's $40 million debt?

I thought it was $60 million and the Texas boosters were giving him an entire oilfield.

Yall can keep throwing that 3.5 million a year number out but it still won't be true.

Ultimately Saban couldn't leave because of all the car dealerships he was starting...

Y'all need to cheer up. Be happy. Your coach loves you. Don't be mad.

I mean, hell. He had to have some sort of golden parachute for retirement. He already sort of looks like a used car salesman (albeit a rather successful one), so he's opening at least 100 Dodge dealerships in the Birmingham area alone.

He is playing Alabama right. Every year his name will come up and he does not confirm he is staying until they up his contract. Well, played!
