What a supporting wife. She married a football player and future coach. Moving is the name of the game

He has three young sons as well. My thinking it is more about them than the wife herself.
He has said himself he doesn't want to move around and before the interim thing he had actually said a number of times he didn't want to be a HC due to the time commitments and the impact on his family.

My guess is he’d move for a good HC gig. But I can see the logic of not wanting to uproot his family. He’s paid $1.5 million a year and my guess is he gets pushed close to $2 million. What does he really gain by taking a different DC gig?
He also made $10 million in the NFL and my guess is he not an extravagant spender

Local reporters aren’t exactly doing a bang up job on this coaching change.
I’d love Leonhard but with Fickell and Tressel, the defense isn’t my major concern.
Yes Leonhard leaving will accelerate roster turnover, but I’m not sure that’s a bad thing in totality.

Right. The team isn't exactly overflowing with talent.
Meaning most that might leave are not exactly irreplaceable.

Leonhard will not be with Wisconsin next year.

We paid 1.8 for Odom, Pittman best throw 2 plus at Leonhard

I doubt he comes down South, but if it’s a possibility: hands off, piggy!

I saw on twitter Bobby april was on the road recruiting with Fickell. Also heard he had a few DC offers on the table but it looks like he may stay

April was about the only decent recruiter on PC's staff. And he's a good coach.
He's the one AC I hope stays.

He needs to come south and learn the dark arts. He will be unstoppable after that.

Alabama would be the perfect place for him to hone the craft…

Fickell was such a great hire for wisconsin.
He will build a great staff and have wisconsin back where they should be.

I'd be absolutely shocked if Jimmy relocated into Alabama. Said it before, but this is a family that never envisioned leaving Wisconsin again. Their entire family is there and his coaching decisions have always been oriented around that.
Jimmy is a well-respected throughout the NFL. If he were to move, I'd imagine that's probably the league his wife gives the green light.

Things change when a $3 million per year contract gets put in front of you. And what better way to either quickly become a P5 head coach or work Saban’s NFL contacts and find your way back there in an elevated role, than to spend some time in T-Town.
Hell, the New York Giants current head coach revived his career with a year in Tuscaloosa. Dabol was a washed out OC. All of Saban’s DC’s other than Pete are now head coaches or have found their way to the NFL. Hard to ignore the model. Do well at Bama for 2-3 years and you have your choice of jobs.
Not saying it’s going to happen, but past loyalties can change when potentially life changing opportunities get out in front of you.

And the NFL isn't 365 days a year like college with the recruiting and shite. Family is important to him so the time off compared to college would be a big draw.
I'll be surprised if he goes to another college to coach.

The Packers have tried to hire him before and will try to hire him again.
