Was Riley also distracted against Tulane? Maybe...... Just maybe, OU just isn't that great of a team this year.
The idiots on this board will cry about how they don't want Riley because of some struggles this year. It makes me want Riley even more. Even in a "down" year for them, where he's now starting a freshman QB, OU is still in contention for the Big 12 and still have an outside chance of the playoffs with two weeks to go.
That's where I want to be on down years. Not 4-5.

Riley is my white whale. Want him pretty bad. Still can’t decide if we can do it. Would also be pleased with some other guys like Dave, Campbell, Rhule, etc.
