Being a new DC, the mark of a good one you look for at this point is the defense getting better as the players learn the system.
We’re clearly seeing that.
This guy might have been a great hire. Just too many injuries and not enough time to know for sure.

No. He still doesn't make adjustments. That alone should get him canned. He's not a bad DC right now but we're not here for you to learn on the job and improve like he has done the second half. frick. That. He had his chance and shite the bed when it mattered not play consistently bad offenses and look good against them.
Drain the swamp, start over. We need an elite DC to go with an elite OC. For the money he's being paid he should be elite and he's not close to it especially when we played offenses with a pulse.
