That's correct, and I now remember that it's $1.25 M. I guess I was thinking about the RR fiasco with WVU. Harbaugh possibly has a special clause in his contract regarding Michigan...

I'm really amazed at how easy some on here find it to criticize others.

I listened to the audio and it seems to me that RR was directing this at how he hopes he has had a positive impact on players and also how the players have had a positive impact on him.

I never thought RR was the best fit at Michigan (and I'm a huge Michigan fan) due to his scheme. I want Michigan to win games and Big10 titles (can't pull for them to win NC cause that is reserved for LSU ). I hope his scheme wins and wins big. However, it would not surprise me if he gets fired after this year.

I do think, given 2 more years, that Michigan will be contending for Big10/12 titles each and every year.

josh groban is no way to have a positive impact on your team.

So after listening to what RR said, you criticize him because of your thoughts on Josh Groban?

I criticize it because it was ridiculously cheesy and lame. The players probably felt the same way.

Some may have felt this way. Others may have viewed in a little differently. Unless we are part of that team, really would be hard to say.

Even Josh Groban is embarrassed for Rich Rod.

Talent and staff have a huge impact on your success. Finding the right DC/OC can make or break a HC, especially with the short leash they get these days. For RR, 1/2 of the equation is taken care of by him. Same for Saban at Bama. Miles almost got ran out of town because of Peveto/Mallory and now Crowton. Difference is, he's still putting up Ws, while RR is not.

I agree. Most of the problems stem from the defensive side of the ball. I personally think the 3-3-5 is not what they need to run in that conference. Also, I think they should take some of their best offensive athletes and move them to defense. That, IMO, is what can get them wins.

- CBSSportsline.com’s Dennis Dodd reportedly went on a Nashville radio show saying he spoke with Rodriguez’s agent, Mike Brown, who told him both he and Rich felt Brandon was “stringing Rich along” and he didn’t appreciate it. If true, it’s clear Rodriguez has not been evaluated and informed of his fate, one of the other hot rumors out there.
