OC at Ole Miss. Should he be considered for the head coach openings at Arkansas and Florida State?

Not a big job candidate anymore. More in the range of he could go back to Tulane if Fritz gets another gig.

I’m pretty sure he’s waiting in the wings to take over for Luke. Will be similar to the Ed O transition to HC.
I think he’s a good fit with their young team.

That’s actually an interesting idea.
If Luke isn’t fired and Rod doesn’t move to another job, OM likely starts out 1-4 next year with a crazy early schedule.
Rod would be the obvious choice for interim if they decide to move on from Luke, and with the schedule easing up after that, is this sounding familiar???
OM could end up with a pretty good hire rught in their own building.
Rod doesn’t strike me as a patient guy, but it would be interesting to see that play out.
