Notre Dame and South Florida are the clear winners. Nice upgrades.
Texas Tech did well, but also lost a good coach so they are about even.

1.) Notre Dame - Brian Kelly
2.) South Florida - Skip Holtz
3.) Texas Tech - Tommy Tuberville
Brian Kelly is an awsome coach and I hate hate hate hate hate that Notre Dame signed him.
I like the Turner Gill and Larry Porter signings. They are big gambles that have boom or bust potential. It will be interesting to see how they work out.

The three programs that made out well are TT, USC and ND.
Unlike everyone, I think USC will keep right on winning. In fact, they may even be better than they were under Pete.
ND just made a major upgrade, but at a tremendous cost.
And TT hired a good coach. Hope he does well there.
Skip to USF is a good hire, I just don't see USF being that good. I could be wrong, but I just don't know how USF is going to compete with the other major schools down there.
It is like U of Cincy. I could be wrong, but don't see this school winning so many recruiting wars. But then I don't know what their facilities are like...

Worse Coaching change hands down. Guys who got jobs based on who their fathers are, not on their own merits. BS hires and a disgrace to the profession.

2. USC Kiffin
