I'm pretty sure he was the coach who used players that had graduated from others schools on his team. They only showed up game nights and they had video evidence.

His BIO doesn't mention Fountainbleu. From talking to a HS coach (I will not name) FW was the cheatingest coach in Louisiana history.
Is he mistaken maybe, but I've heard this for years.

he didn't. Once he signed Wilson's players, that job Saban offered him got filled by someone else.

Frank was the OC at Karr, when they went to the state finals. He then got the head coaching job at OP Walker. He then became AD of New Orleans Public Schools System, not NORD. Then he went to Ole Miss, Miss. State, & now at UT.

he went from Ole Miss to Southern Miss for a year, and then to Miss St for about a week before he jumped to Tennessee.

talked to about a dozen hs coaches last night..... nobody said anything bad about FW.. in fact.. most had a great deal of respect for him...(I certainly do)
I remember when he took of a thug ridden team at OPW and ran off about half the team - the next year he gave curtis their first disrtict loss AND shutout in over 20 years... and made it to the finals...
