Justin Vincent said last night it could be Tuesday or Wednesday.
Kelly still has to talk to his team tomorrow and things like that so maybe it's Wednesday.

I would think press conference Wednesday and then he is introduced and says something to the crowd at the basketball game against Ohio that night
