Y’all were, but it wasn’t ever real. Y’all gave his agent the offer, his agent then told USC the new price. They were happy to raise their offer. He pretty much used LSU.
Also, this recruiting thing is nothing. OU’s going to investigate whether Manning was told by Lincoln to recruit for them while still employed at OU, but other than that, they aren’t going to do anything.

Riley and Kelly have the same agent, you think lsu is going to get docked around by an agent and then turn around and work with the same agent in good faith?
Hell Kelly's contract leads one to believe it was agreed upon before Mel Tucker signed his extension.
Kelly was always the target.
