Who would hire him? I saw on the news that he's looking for other opportunities because Southern does not want to extend his contract. However, I doubt the demand is very high for a 64-year old SWAC head coach.

this guy must be a klan member there are good coaches at black schools that could do special things if they had the resourses that these big schools have

The level of play in the SWAC and MEAC is embarrassing. The days of the HBCUs having good football teams is long gone.
I was watching some of the bayou classic, if these teams put on high school uniforms and you told me it was the 5A state championship game I wouldn't doubt you for a second.

there is a reason the SWAC is scared to play in the 1-AA playoffs anymore

Richardson is one of the highest paid FBS coaches and Southern has been average the last five years - I'm sure LaFleur would like to get a cheaper coach and save a little money.
Problem with SU is half the team is an academic risk and the transfer well has dried up - I think LSU had five to ten players on the roster one year back in the Dinardo era
